Are you an organised, proactive Administrator who loves keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join a friendly, busy team in the Hayes area.

Working closely with the Workshop Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative support across the department, including:

🔹 Maintaining records and databases
🔹 Setting up and updating Excel spreadsheets
🔹 Supporting quotation and tender administration
🔹 Following up outstanding quotations
🔹 Processing orders and organising paperwork
🔹 Helping improve administrative processes

We’re looking for someone with previous administration experience, good Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing or a workshop environment would be useful, but isn’t essential.

Looking for your next step in logistics or operations?

We’re recruiting a hands-on Logistics Team Lead to join an established business in the Hounslow area.

This is a varied role where you’ll lead a small team while staying involved in the day-to-day operation – coordinating freight, managing paperwork, solving problems and keeping shipments moving.

The role will include:

🚚 Coordinating daily logistics and freight movements
👥 Leading and supporting a small team
📋 Managing shipping and freight documentation
🤝 Liaising with customers, suppliers and carriers
📦 Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
🚐 Occasional collections and deliveries around London

A full UK driving licence and confidence driving a Luton-style van or similar commercial vehicle are essential.

Previous logistics, freight, transport or shipping experience would be a real advantage, but candidates with strong transferable leadership and operational experience are also encouraged to apply.

Training can be provided in specialist freight and customs processes.
