We’re working with a well-established international business that is looking to add a Shipping, Purchasing & Finance Administrator to their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced role working across logistics, purchasing, and finance 👇
💼 What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating domestic and international shipments
Preparing import/export documentation and ensuring compliance
Managing purchase orders and supplier records
Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory accuracy
Supporting finance tasks including invoicing
Updating CRM/ERP systems and producing reports
Liaising with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams

✅ What we’re looking for:

Experience in shipping, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain admin
Strong knowledge of import/export processes
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
A proactive, multitasking approach in a fast-paced environment
Available immediately or at short notice

💰 Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
📍 Location: Wembley
📅 Contract: 12-month FTC
