Meet Oakley Hodges – Recruitment Consultant at SOS Recruitment 💼
Oakley’s career started in sales, where he completed a Business-to-Business Sales degree apprenticeship and achieved a 2:1! This has given him a strong foundation in communication, relationship building and understanding what great service really looks like.
After successfully building his experience in sales, Oakley was ready for a new challenge and made the move into recruitment in 2022, starting his journey as a Recruitment Partner.
Since joining SOS Recruitment just under a year ago, Oakley has been growing his knowledge across the Construction, M&E, and Rail sectors, bringing enthusiasm and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
So far, Oakley has:

✅ Built strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Outside of work, Oakley enjoys golf, padel, and taking long walks with his dog, balancing his competitive nature with plenty of time outdoors!
