⚫️ Your Role and Responsibilities
As a senior team member, you’ll help guide and mentor colleagues while continuing to provide compassionate, hands-on care. You’ll be a role model within the home, helping shape both the young people’s experience and the development of the care team.

⚫️ Your Work Pattern
Enjoy a clear and consistent 3-week rolling rota:
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday
Week 3: Thursday
Each shift runs from 9:45am to 10:45am the following day, including a sleep-in.

⚫️ What You’ll Receive:

👉 We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in a stores setting rather than a traditional warehouse, who is familiar with stock control processes and kit picking. This is not a warehouse role, we do not require any forklift experience. The role is for Stores/Picking.

👉 We’re looking for an enthusiastic Stores Operative who can support smooth daily operations and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.

⚫️ What you’ll do
Pick, prepare, and issue kits and components accurately, deal with an MRP, IT literate. You need to be able to count, basic maths skills.
Maintain stock control and carry out regular inventory checks.
Receive and book in deliveries.
Keep the stores area organised, tidy, and compliant with health and safety guidelines.
Support internal teams by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.
Experience, Attributes & Skills

⚫️ Experience working in a stores role, or within a manufacturing/production environment.
Strong understanding of stock processes and kit picking.
