Our Wonderful Care Team Supporting Macmillan Day 💚🧁

A huge thank you to our amazing care professionals who came together to support Macmillan Cancer Support last Friday at Fun Fab Friday friends!

Jean treated everyone to her legendary homemade sausage rolls 🥖😍 while the rest of the team brought in a fantastic selection of cakes, bakes, and sweet treats 🍰🍪.

It was a lovely way to raise money for such an important cause while spending time together as a team. We’re proud to support Macmillan and all the vital work they do for people affected by cancer.

Thank you to everyone who donated and joined us – every little bit makes a big difference! 💚

💚This week we raised a glass (of non-alcoholic fizz, of course!) to the incredible care professionals who make a difference every single day!

💚To add a splash of fun, we embraced the chaos with a mismatch clothes day. From odd shoes , to clothes with plaid to stripes, it was a joyful reminder that being bold, bright, and a little bit bonkers is part of what makes our team so special.

Role : Care Professional (Carer)
Location: Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire

Role 1: Morning - Contracted for an average of 25 hours per week

Are you an experienced care professional looking for a role that offers stability, flexibility, and a fantastic team culture?

At Home Instead Lichfield, Tamworth and North Warwickshire, we're proud to be an award-winning care provider known for delivering exceptional support to our clients and our team. We believe in treating our Care Professionals with the same compassion and respect that we offer to those we care for!

We’re now offering contracted Care Professional positions, giving you the perfect balance of job security and work-life flexibility.

🔹 How the contracts work:
Role 1: You’ll work an average of 25 hours per week, with a 2-week rotation:

Week 1: 4 x days starting at 7am (No weekend) Week 2: 6 x days, starting at 7am (includes weekend)

You’re guaranteed 25 hours per week, and if you want to do more, we’re happy to offer additional hours when available.

Role 2: You'll work an average of 20 hours per week, with a 2 - week rotation;

Week 1: 3 x days starting at 5pm (No weekend) Week 2: 5 x days starting at 5pm (Includes weekend)

Average hours = 20 hours per week.

We had a Tea & Toast theme at Fun Fab Friday Friends last week!
These weekly catch-ups are a warm and welcoming get-togethers for our Care Professionals organised by our very own Jacquie, our Head of People 💚

We had an array of tasty toppings including jam, marmite, and our lovely Charlotte made some tasty shortbread cakes!
