Role : Care Professional (Carer)
Location: Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire
Role 1: Morning - Contracted for an average of 25 hours per week

We’re now offering contracted Care Professional positions, giving you the perfect balance of job security and work-life flexibility.
🔹 How the contracts work:
Role 1: You’ll work an average of 25 hours per week, with a 2-week rotation:
Week 1: 4 x days starting at 7am (No weekend) Week 2: 6 x days, starting at 7am (includes weekend)
You’re guaranteed 25 hours per week, and if you want to do more, we’re happy to offer additional hours when available.
Role 2: You'll work an average of 20 hours per week, with a 2 - week rotation;
Week 1: 3 x days starting at 5pm (No weekend) Week 2: 5 x days starting at 5pm (Includes weekend)
Average hours = 20 hours per week.
