New role: Malmesbury area, Technical/Engineering Sales Admin. in the region of £35K
The purpose of the role will be to support the technical and engineering sales team in producing quotations, processing sales orders and supporting both existing and potential clients .
Due to location, you will need your own transport. This is a 100% office-based role.
The role will be varied and will involve:
• Directly handling sales enquiries: logging enquiries, responding by email and telephone, extracting further information from the client
• Supporting overseas clients and colleagues
• Handling spare parts enquiries
• Completion of quotations
• Processing complex sales orders using SAP
• Preparation of invoices using Sage Accounts
• Handling courier and shipping documentation
The right candidate must have the following skills and attributes:
• Organised & efficient
• Proven track record of building relationships
• Experience within a technical/engineering role would be preferred
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• French language capabilities is a bonus – but not essential
In return:
• Salary in the region of £35K depending on experience
• Hours of work 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon-Thurs ; - 4.00pm Fri
• 20 days holiday + 1 day up to 25 per year (+ bank holidays)
