Beavers Recruitment are currently looking for a pro-active, results- driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous recruitment or talent management experience to take the next steps in their career.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end recruitment process from start to completion.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high quality candidates.
• Utilise recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and networking to source and engage potential candidates.
• Co-ordinate shifts whilst communicating with clients and staff.
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Nurture existing client relationships.
• Identity and target new clients and utilise sales skills.
• Participate in on call rota.
