There are three people behind Edge Staffing Limited and yes two of them are called Emma, so we completely understand the confusion. 😂

👱♀️ Left — Emma Barnes | Recruitment Consultant
Our office yapper, all-star saleswoman and resident gossip! 😂 Emma loves a good sing-song and has an unbelievable talent for finding the right people and contact details when sourcing new business. She brings plenty of personality to the office and has become a fantastic asset to Edge.
👩🏻 Middle — Shannon | Owner & Director
With over 12 years’ recruitment experience, Shannon set up Edge Staffing with one goal: to build an agency that was different from the rest. A business that stood out not only to its clients and candidates but was also a great place for its own team to work. From starting Edge to building the team and growing the business she remains very much involved in the day-to-day madness!
👩🏻 Right — Emma Nicholson | Payroll & Resourcing
The mam of the group and our payroll and resourcing superstar! 💙 Emma has fitted into her new role amazingly and has quickly got stuck into the full recruitment experience. From looking after our workers to keeping everything running behind the scenes she’s a huge asset to Edge.
