🐮🚜 EDGE STAFFING TAKE ON HALL HILL FARM! 🐷🤣

Who said team bonding had to be boring?! 😂❤️

Today, the Edge girls swapped the office for a day out at Hall Hill Farm and it's safe to say we're probably better suited to recruitment than farming! 🤣

🐮 Emma Nicholson finally got to meet Bonnie, the Highland cow she's adopted! Safe to say she's found herself a new favourite colleague and Bonnie probably listens better than the rest of us! 😂❤️

🤸‍♀️ Shannon & Emma Barnes apparently forgot they're grown adults and spent half the day acting like big kids on the trampolines! No injuries to report… YET! 🤣

🌾 Shannon is officially BANNED from any future animal-feeding duties. Turns out feeding a cow involves the cow actually coming near you… WHO KNEW?! One mouthful of food and about 15 screams later! 😭🐮

Safe to say, if recruitment ever goes wrong, farming is NOT our backup plan! 😂

🍔 Now we're finishing our Friday off the only way we know how with some good food, plenty of laughs and probably a bit more abuse aimed at each other before we switch off for the weekend!

All jokes aside, it's lovely to get out of the office, have a laugh and enjoy some well-deserved downtime together. ❤️

💬 A Message from Our Director ❤️

I just want to take a minute to say a massive thank you to my team. ❤️

It’s been a hard and crazy year for all of us in different ways. We’ve each had our own personal journeys going on behind the scenes but through it all we’ve stuck together, supported each other and made it work.

That’s one of the things I’m most proud of about our little team. We genuinely look out for each other. If one of us is struggling, the others pick them up. If someone needs help we’re there. No questions asked.

Edge Staffing Limited is making really good progress and we should all be proud of what we’re building together.

We celebrate the good. 🥂
We take on the bad. 💪
We learn as we go.
And most importantly we do it together. ❤️

There have been stressful days, funny days, chaotic days and days where we’ve probably all wanted to scream 😂 but we keep going.

🎉💙 50 FABULOUS YEARS OF EMMA! 💙🎉

Today we’re celebrating a very special lady at Edge — our very own super-duper work mam, Emma! 🥳

Emma is the kind of person every team needs. She’s caring, loyal, hardworking and would drop everything to help someone if they needed her. She keeps us right, looks after everyone and somehow manages to keep smiling through all the madness! 😂

From day one Emma has thrown herself into Edge and has played a massive part in making our first year such a success. We’re incredibly lucky to have her and hopefully this is only the first of many, many years of achievements and memories together. 💙

And Emma… a special thank you for putting up with Shannon and Emma B every day. Particularly Emma B — we all know she’s hard work! 😂😂 You deserve a medal for that alone! 🏅
