This role also involves preparatory work both electronic and paper, and receiving and processing feedback. 📍A person is required to work in this large residential care home for older people, many of whom are living with dementia. The successful person will be experienced in working with older people and working within residential care. An ability to complete care plans and risk assessments is required.
📍Administering medication to the service users is a large part of the role. Supervising care staff and domestic staff is also required
