We’re working with a well-established and successful regional housebuilder looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their small, experienced technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
🔸Develop residential layouts from red line to planning approval
🔸Produce planning house type packs
🔸Liaise with developers, LAs, planning consultants & internal teams

What We’re Looking For:
🔸UK housing market experience
🔸Strong attention to detail
🔸Excellent coordination & communication skills
🔸Experience managing consultants/staff (a plus!)
