We are recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join our established Airfreight Cargo Transport Division, operating directly from client sites at London Heathrow Airport.
You’ll be working under a long-term, secure contract with a leading UK logistics provider—Haulier of the Year 2023—using modern vehicles and first-class facilities.

🚚 Available Divisions & Shifts
Airfreight Cargo Division
Day, night, and weekend shifts available
Long-distance trunking with optional overnight stays
12-hour shifts
PAYE employment – holiday pay included

✅ Minimum Requirements
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 2 years’ recent Class 1 experience
Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
Experience with curtain-side trailers and roller beds
Fluent spoken and written English
Full 5-year UK employment history (no gaps over 28 days)
Willingness to complete a driving assessment

About the Role
We are working with a leading organisation in cargo and ground transport operations to recruit a Driver Trainer at London Heathrow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated HGV professional to take on a pivotal role in driver training, compliance, and safety. You’ll be responsible for shaping standards, improving driver performance, and promoting a strong safety culture across one of the busiest aviation hubs in the world.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured induction, refresher, and remedial training to new and existing drivers.
Carry out driver assessments, ensuring compliance with all legislation and operational standards.
Lead post-incident reviews and identify areas for ongoing development.
Support investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses.
Promote safe working practices, including vehicle checks and load safety.
Collaborate with compliance teams to support audits and internal training initiatives.
Develop and update training programs, policies, and driver communications.
Ensure adherence to CAA regulations, health & safety policies, and airport security requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 10 years’ commercial driving experience (C+E licence essential).
DCPC and Digi Tacho Card holder with excellent knowledge of tachograph laws & WTD compliance.
Proven experience in driver training, coaching, and assessment.
Strong understanding of the Highway Code, O’Licence requirements, and DVSA test standards.
Experience working with fridge and roller bed trailers.
Confident communicator with strong leadership and report-writing skills.
Flexible with working hours, including occasional night shifts.
Awareness of Health & Safety at Work, CAA standards, and airport operations.
