Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Music Lead: To teach all classes across the school as part of PPA rotation in a music classroom, stocked with the required instruments.
2️⃣ Curriculum Planning: Collaborate with school leaders in lesson planning, and enhance student learning through interactive activities.
3️⃣ Student Development: Foster personal growth, confidence, and independent thinking among students. Create an engaging learning environment, provide individual/small group support, and help students reach their educational milestones.
4️⃣ Behaviour Management: Promote positive conduct, maintain a safe classroom environment, and support teachers in addressing challenges.
Qualifications:
🔹 QTS in Music is desirable but not essential. Music Instructor's/Cover Supervisors with a background in Music welcomed
🔹 Experience working with children, especially in educational settings.
🔹 Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
🔹 Understanding of various learning styles and teaching adaptability.
🔹 Knowledge of education principles and curriculum frameworks.
🔹 Competent at playing or teaching Music.
🔹 Basic administrative proficiency.
