I am currently working with a client in search of an I.T Manager.

Looking for someone keen to develop their career in a managerial role but will keep a hands-on approach. The salary is circa £30-35k The opportunity to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate be responsible for a Support Engineer (a role to be recruited for later in the year after the closure of the clients Southern office.)

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon – Fri (Potentially small amount of on call in the future shared with the Support Engineer)

Responsibilities:

1 direct report (to be recruited). Responsible for all IT Infrastructure and 3rd party suppliers for the entire business.

Servers: VMWare, 2010, approx. 5 servers but virtualised to about 50
Cloud Based Tech: Dropbox, ADP, Office 365, Exchequer
Email: Exchange 2013
IP Telephony hardware: Mitel, IP
Storage: flex pod environment
Networks: 200meg links into 2 main buildings.
