This incredible charity uses surf therapy to support young people’s mental health across the UK, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging in the water, something we’re passionate about supporting.

🌍 B Corp Month Recap – Why It Matters in Education

March 2026 was B Corp Month, a global movement celebrating businesses that are committed to making a positive impact on people and the planet. While awareness is growing across many industries, the education sector is still largely unfamiliar with what it means to be a B Corp.

We’re proud to be on our own B Corp journey, working towards embedding the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and social & environmental value into everything we do. For us, that means not just placing candidates, but supporting schools in building stronger, more sustainable learning environments and having a real impact socially and environmentally.

We believe recruitment in education can and should be a force for good. B Corp Month is a reminder that even small steps can drive meaningful change across our sector.
