🚨 The reason crew stay isn't what most people think...

We asked our yacht network what makes a great leader onboard and the answer was pretty unanimous.

Not experience. Not authority. Not being the toughest person in the room.

It’s one of the most common requests from Captains and owners in the yachting industry and one of the most misunderstood.

Low drama doesn’t mean silence.
It doesn’t mean passivity.
And it definitely doesn’t mean saying yes to everything.

The strongest crew members aren’t the ones who never speak up. They’re the ones who bring:

• Self-awareness
• Accountability
• Emotional control under pressure
• Professional communication
