We're recruiting x2 HR Advisor roles (x1 permanent and x1 2 year fixed term contract). This is a varied HR Advisory role, whereby you will hit the ground running on day 1 to manage complex casework. You will provide expert HR advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, capability, performance management, and probation reviews. You'll also coach managers, prepare key HR documentation, and ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and ACAS best practice.

✔ Salary up to £37,500 dependent on experience
✔ 35-hour working week
✔ Flexible working with core hours of 10am–3pm
✔ Hybrid working – 1–2 days from home each week
✔ 38 days holiday plus onsite parking

We recently had the pleasure of taking part in a lunchtime breathwork session with MindAbility Hypnotherapy and it was such a valuable experience. 🥰

The session left us feeling relaxed, composed, and much more aware of the importance of regulating ourselves throughout the working day. We particularly enjoyed learning about the differences between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and how breathwork can help bring the body back into balance.

It was a great reminder that we all need to take time daily to check in with our bodies and wellbeing.

We would highly recommend a session with Asha to anyone looking to improve mindfulness, reduce stress, and create more calm in their day. ✨
