Job description
The individual’s key role and focus will be self-generating new accounts and ideally will have strong and existing relationships within the healthcare sector. You will be able to open doors with new accounts to achieve the agreed company financial objectives and maximize new sales growth opportunities and retain accounts.
The Role:
Generate new business leads, follow up and secure them.
Open and retain new accounts.
Deliver sales objectives, providing opportunities to bid for and win major contracts with significant scale via the team and own efforts.
Reporting to and working closely with the Directors, this role is to lead and develop the company’s account, ensuring effective leadership and new business growth.
Work alongside the management team in areas of operations, marketing and product & service offering to achieve the corporate business plan.
Although based at the offices in Slough, travel will be required occasionally.
The Candidate:
Minimum of 1-2 successful years’ sales experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven salesperson.
Demonstrate drive, determination and commitment to get things done.
Confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possessing the ability to work to own initiative and possessing a hands-on attitude.
Ability to work well with others, network and build relationships and to have a strong impact on performance within the organization.

Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 pro rata.
