RED Q DigiTech LTD, an Ireland‑registered digital solutions company supporting SMEs across Ireland and Europe with digital marketing, IT services, and cyber‑security solutions, is expanding its technical and security operations. We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing team.

Position: Cyber Security Engineer
Location:
First 3 months: Remote work from Bangladesh
After 3 months: Relocation to Cork, Ireland via company‑supported Irish Work Permit
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cyber‑security or IT security operations
Strong understanding of:
Network security
Vulnerability assessment
Pe*******on testing
Firewalls, IDS/IPS
Security monitoring tools (SIEM)
Incident response
Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
ISO 27001
SOC operations
Cloud security (AWS / Azure)
Secure coding practices
Basic English proficiency (IELTS adds value)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and international environment
Willingness to relocate to Ireland after initial remote period
Role Responsibilities
Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits for SME clients
Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and suspicious activity
Support cyber‑security projects across Ireland and Europe
Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices
Respond to incidents and support forensic investigations
Work closely with the Irish technical team to strengthen client security posture
