Llyon Health are currently seeking health care assistants to join our expanding team providing care within the community of Altrincham.

Pay rates start from £9 per hour dependent on experience, both drivers and nondrivers will be considered.
The duties of a health care assistant, include;
Supporting service users with everyday tasks whilst promoting independence.
Completing personal care and assisting with toileting.
Assist with nutrition and hydration following any allergies or dietary needs of the service user.
Prompt and assist with service users prescribed medication.
Manual handling where required.
Deliver person-centred care unique to each service user, ensuring Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed.
Complete light household/domestic duties.
Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
Support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community.
Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Service Users
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all service users.
