We are expanding the Swift family, as such, we are looking for an ambitious, successful, Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Driving division, based at our St Helen's office.

You will have experience developing a Driving desk in a 360 capacity, or experience from a different sector with a desire to pursue a role as a Driving Recruitment Consultant

This is a genuine opportunity to thrive in an autonomous environment, working alongside brilliant people with years of experience and insight to support you.

Typical responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with existing clients
Making relationships with new clients
Taking detailed job specifications
Responding to applications
Managing a network of Drivers
Sourcing relevant candidates
Consultation with clients and candidates
Screening, interviewing and short-listing candidates
Negotiating financial agreements
Experience needed:

2 years plus Recruitment experience, ideally Driving
Resilience, determination, drive and ambition
Proven track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Consultative detailed approach
Able to build long term relationships
Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
Salary: £24-30k dependent on experience

Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 4pm

IMMEDIATE START!

1 x HGV Tramper Monday to Friday.

1 x HGV Tramper Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a temp to perm vacancy and full induction and training will be given and paid for.

If you are looking for a Permanent job this is a Great Team

The role consists of;

Driving Scania/Merc with Walking floor units collecting Biomass out of our client's recycling centers Nationally and delivering to Power stations.
Experience in a similar environment particularly with the use of walking floor trailers is desired but not essential.
Drivers must have a Digital Tachograph card, and Driver CPC Card along with sound knowledge of DVSA rules and regulations
Any other associated tasks as required.
The site uses quality vehicles with little to no manual handling but each vehicle varies.

To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years of experience in driving Class 1 vehicles, have an up-to-date CPC & Tacho card.

Experience in Floorwalking would be advantageous but not essential as full training is available.

Loading
Unloading
Parcel Sorting
Arranging the stock to be loaded
use of the Counterbalance truck when necessary
any other associated tasks
The hours of work are 16:00-00:30 Monday to Friday with overtime available.

The pay rate for this role is £9.00 per hour to start.

This is then coupled with bonuses after a successful probation period for a candidate gaining a permanent position.

Also overtime after 40 hours is paid at a premium rate of £13.50 per hour.

This role is a temporary role to start but with a view to becoming a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. Good timekeeping, reliability and being able to work on your own initiative if crucial to succeed in this role.
