🔧 COMPLETE TEXTILE COATING MACHINE REFURBISHMENT
Sometimes maintenance is about more than fixing a fault — it's about bringing a machine back to the standard it should be operating at.
Our contractors recently completed a full refurbishment of a textile coating machine used in the production of coated fabrics, similar to those used for healthcare mattresses, protective materials and coated tablecloth products.
The project involved a complete strip-down of the machine, extensive cleaning, inspection and refurbishment of key components before rebuilding and recommissioning the line.
The transformation was remarkable.

One of the biggest issues uncovered during the project was severe grease contamination and corrosion around critical rotating components. What initially looked like surface dirt revealed years of hardened grease, rust and neglected maintenance that could have led to significant reliability issues.
The result is a machine that not only performs better but is easier to inspect, maintain and operate moving forward.
