With April fast approaching how will the new regulations impact your business ?

With the new changes in NMW and employer contributions taking effect from April 2025, businesses must be prepared for increased costs, JHM Recruitment specialises in helping clients prepare for these changes whilst increasing cash flow with our extended terms.

Here’s what you need to know:
National Minimum Wage will rise 6.7%, moving from £11.44 to £12.21 per hour
Living Wage increases to £12.60 per hour
Employer’s National Insurance Contributions (NIC) threshold drops from £9,100 to £5,000 per year (£175 per week - £96.15 per week)
Employer’s NIC rate rises from 13.8% to 15% on earnings above the weekly threshold
