To mark a decade in business, we’re proud to launch our Leaving a Legacy Social Value Grants - a small fund with a big intention.

We’re awarding £3,000 in grant funding to support projects that create real community impact across East Anglia and the South East.

💛 Funding available:
✅ £1,250 – SME Social Value Grant
✅ £1,250 – Charity / Social Enterprise Grant
✅ £500 – Individual Community Champion Grant

We’re looking for initiatives that support outcomes like:

Speed Networking Event at Beauchamps High School 🎓

Last week, our HR Consultant, Ria Elliott enjoyed taking part in a Speed Networking event at Beauchamps High School in Wickford. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with students, answer their career questions, and help them explore different industries.

The event was fast-paced and interactive, with students rotating in groups every seven minutes to gain valuable insights from a variety of professionals.

At Legacy Strategies, we are passionate about delivering social value and giving back to the communities we work in. Supporting initiatives like this is just one way we can help inspire and guide the next generation as they take their first steps towards their future careers.

Originally we kept the companies separately but as HR, Recruitment & Training come hand in hand, 2020 is about collaboration and taking our thoughts and ideas forward for a more comprehensive offering!

If you have any requirements within your business for HR assistance, whether that be through having a HR Consultant come and work with your team for a period of time or whether you would like to discuss one of our retainer packages where we can support you and your business then please get in touch for details.

In addition to this we can also offer a recruitment service, this could involve a direct job campaign, to help you with your specific targeted recruitment or again could be added to one of our retainer packages which will give you peace of mind and only a phone call away from being able to assist you with any of your HR & Recruitment needs.

Also - don't forget we put back a % of our fees to your local communities towards any charitable/ community related work!
