Across Sky Recruitment Solutions, Capella Professional and Capella Industrial, we're incredibly proud to have 5 trained Mental Health First Aiders across our business.

We believe supporting our people means looking after more than just their careers. Mental health and wellbeing are just as important, and we want our teams to know that there is always someone they can turn to if they're struggling or simply need someone to talk to 👏🏽

Our Mental Health First Aiders have completed dedicated training to help them recognise signs that someone may be struggling, listen without judgement, offer initial support and signpost colleagues towards appropriate professional support when needed.

We're incredibly proud of each of them for taking on this important role and helping us continue to put our people first 💚
