Senior Nursery Manager role in Guildford - GU2

I am currently recruiting for a senior Nursery Manager for a Flagship setting based in Guildford GU2 area.

This setting is phenomenal, and hosts a large outdoor space, 2 experienced deputies, and has held outstanding grading for several years!

£1 million EBITDA setting.

Numeration package is up to £68000 per annum and I am looking for an experienced operator who has a track record of great staff management/development, and knows what ‘outstanding’ looks like through the eyes of OFSTED.
