Daksta have partnered with Dawn and the Seventh Wave- A People Training Company leadership programme. We are obsessed with continuous improvement and investing in our team and their development🚀. This is our second session with Dawn!

We experienced a jam-packed day of activities and insightful content, including our own individually personalised Insights Discovery profiles, which assist in learning about our own personalities, behaviours and communication preferences and learning how we can apply this when interacting and communicating with our colleagues, team members, candidates and clients✨.

✨Welcome to the newest member of our team Klaudia who joins as a Associate Recruitment consultant in the Data Centre Europe team🥳.

Klaudia managed to graduate from university whilst being a full time gym manager and have 6 months recruitment experience✨.

In Klaudias's spare time, she goes to the gym at least 5 times a week. She is also a dog mum that loves to hike with her dog and spend most weekends exploring different parks/national parks outside of London⭐.

Danny's career highlights so far have been managing a gym, successfully growing an ‘Energie Fitness’ franchise to full capacity, working alongside athletes at the CrossFit Games, training gold medalist Iwan Thomas, and completing the ‘Three Tees’ £500 million project at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, supervising a large team of medical gas engineers🌟.
