Our clients in Pinner are looking for a part -time bookkeeper 4 days a week (£13 - £15)per hour around 9-2pm. Below are responsibilities the candidate would need to carry out ,along with qualifications.

· Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

· Process invoices, payments, and expenses promptly and accurately.

· Prepare and submit VAT returns and other relevant financial reports.

· Assist with payroll processing including RTI, Pension and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

· Communicate regularly with clients to address any bookkeeping-related queries or concerns.

· Credit control- Chasing customers with overdue invoices.

· Collaborate closely with our team to provide exceptional client service and maintain high standards of professionalism.

· Adhoc /office Administrative task

Qualifications and Skills:

· AAT qualification is highly desirable.

· Proven experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers accurately.

· Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner.

· A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
