Job Title: Live-in Valet in South-West London

Here is the job description:
Our private client is looking for a live-in Valet for a position based in South-West London. Assisting the principal in his daily routine, the role is essentially based around wardrobe management and valeting duties. A good knowledge and proven experience looking after fine fabrics and designers’ clothes is essential for the role. Shoe polish and packing/unpacking experience are also a required for the role as well ironing and sending clothes to the dry cleaner. Basic butler duties such as serving breakfast will also be required. Thought the client has a chauffeur, some light driving duties could be requested from time to time, therefore a driver is preferred.

The position is initially for a year and could be extended for a longer period. Candidates need to be willing to travel, essentially to Europe, therefore a UK or EU passport is required. A good command of English is essential for the role. This is a one-to-one role, looking after one gentleman only, within a small team. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as much as personal presentation.

Working hours and working days to be confirmed, likely to be 5 to 6 days a week. Accommodation provided, salary depending on experience, between £50,000 to £70,000 gross per year. Start date: February 2025.
