NW Recruitment Services Ltd are exclusively supporting a well-established specialist business within the bespoke joinery & high-end interiors sector.

💷 £46,000 – £56,000 DOE

📍 Based within approx. 30–40 miles of Preston
📅 Permanent | Full-time | 41 hours per week
⏰ Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm | Friday 7:30am–3:00pm

This is a senior operational role overseeing the successful delivery of bespoke joinery projects from design and manufacture through to installation and completion.

You’ll work closely with senior management, Project Management, Design, Commercial and Workshop teams, helping to coordinate workloads, improve processes and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

👷 We're looking for someone with:

✅ 5+ years' experience in bespoke joinery project management
✅ Joinery manufacturing industry experience
✅ Project or Production Management experience
✅ Strong understanding of bespoke joinery installation & site requirements
✅ Joinery/Construction qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
✅ Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ SMSTS/SSSTS would be beneficial
✅ Full, clean UK driving licence
