Zoom Recruitment is looking for an organised, confident and reliable Transport Administrator to join a busy transport operation in West Malling.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
✅ Driver debriefs and paperwork
✅ Assisting with transport planning
✅ Taking and managing bookings
✅ General administration and supporting the transport team

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 GENERAL MANAGER – LOGISTICS | ORPINGTON- £60,000 + Car Allowance

Zoom is partnering with an established and growing logistics business to appoint an experienced General Manager to take ownership of its daily business performance.

This is a broad, commercially driven leadership role requiring someone who can bring together sales, operations, customer experience, people and financial performance. I am looking for a visible, hands on GM who can lead and develop an established management team, drive accountability and performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable revenue and profit growth.

🚛 You will need strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and cost management, alongside senior operational leadership experience within logistics, transport, distribution, fulfilment or a comparable fast-paced environment.

Experience within parcel or last mile delivery would be particularly advantageous. 📦

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded leader who doesn’t simply report on performance but understands what is driving it, identifies what needs to change and makes sure it happens.
