💷 £13.40 – £14.10 per hour
📍 In-person | Full-time & Part-time roles available

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our night care team. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care, this could be the perfect role for you!

✨ Key responsibilities:
• Deliver high standards of care throughout the night
• Support residents with personal care & mobility
• Monitor wellbeing and report any changes
• Maintain accurate care records
• Ensure a safe, calm, and secure environment

⭐ Senior roles also include:
• Leading and supporting the night team
• Overseeing medication (where trained)
• Acting as the main point of contact during shifts

🙌 About you:
• Caring, respectful, and reliable
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Care experience/NVQ (preferred but not essential)

We’re a leading independent garage and fleet specialist with a modern 6,000 sq ft workshop (8 ramps) and the latest diagnostics (ODIS, Xentry, Bosch, Autel, Launch, OSCA + more). We’re growing, investing in EV/Hybrid training, and modernising to main-dealer standards.

What you’ll do
• Service, maintain & repair to high standards
• Diagnose electronic/mechanical faults
• Work closely with service/workshop control on authorisations & updates

What you’ll need
• Level 3 (or equivalent/higher) in Vehicle Maintenance
• MOT licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostics know-how, teamwork & attention to detail

What you’ll get
• £33k–£41k DOE
• Weekly PAYE pay
• Ongoing training (EV/Hybrid, diagnostics, mechanical)
