Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives in Rochdale, OL16 4NZ🥓🥩

The rate of pay is:
💰 Basic £12.71 per hour (overtime paid after 40.85 hours in a week at £19.07 per hour)
💲 Sunday overtime and Bank Holidays paid at £25.42 per hour

📆 This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
➖ 5:45am to 2:40pm
➖ 2:15pm to 11:10pm
❗This is inclusive of a 45-minute unpaid break

🥩 Applicants will need to be comfortable handling raw meat such as bacon and gammon in a cool environment and working in a very physical role
👩‍🏫 Experience of working as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative is desirable but not essential as full training is provided

The rate of pay for PM Shift is:
💸 0-26 weeks £12.81 per hour
💰 27+ weeks £13.10 per hour

⏱️ This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- Full time shift: Sunday to Thursday (15:00 - 23:00)

💰 The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.
🗓️ All applicants must be available on a full-time basis and comfortable with the travel to the site with the below pick up, work, and drop back off times.

Monday to Friday:
➖ AM - Pick up is 05:30am
Working hours 08:00am - 16:00pm (Coach will then bring you back to the site)
➖ PM - Pick up is 13:30pm
Working hours: 16:00pm - 00:15am (Coach will then bring you back to the site)

Saturday & Sunday
➖ AM - Pick up is 03:30pm
Working hours 06:00am - 14:00pm (Coach will then bring you back to the site)
➖ PM - Pick up is 18:00pm
Working hours 18:00pm - 00:15am (Coach will then bring you back to the site)

📋 As a Production Operative your duties will include:
- Preparing meat products ready for placement onto production lines to be formed into various products (burgers, meatballs, etc.)
- Debagging meat joints, Grading meat for quality, and trimming meat into the correct sizes for production

👩‍🏫 No previous experience necessary as full training is provided

💰 The rate of pay starts from £12.71 per hour as a general operative and can increase with skill development, with night shifts paid at £13.79 per hour.

🗓️ This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
