There are some fantastic apprenticeship opportunities for young people and employers, together with funding, help applying and support throughout. Here at Inspire Norfolk we’re trying to demystify apprenticeships for both young people and employers. Right now everyone is talking about Apprenticeships but both employers and young people can be very confused. To ensure that the right people reap the

benefits this important information needs to be circulated. We can support employers identifying roles that are suitable for apprenticeships, creating job descriptions, advertising their roles, taking the headache out of the recruitment process and supporting once a young person has started to ensure they are receiving the correct funding. Young people can benefit too by having pre apprenticeship training, support with applying for roles and through to the interview process, we will also be around throughout the apprenticeship to ensure that everyone remains happy.
