You must have experience on similar size vessels, being able to lead by example, quick decision making, excellent client service on board and ashore, enthusiastic and being part of an excellent thriving team on board.
Yacht: 80m + Private & Charter
Operation: Dual season
Salary: 8480 Euro pcm
Rotation: 8:8
Female: Due to cabin arrangements
Start: Approx 25th November 2025
Visa: B1/B2 in-hand & Schengen visa if applicable & valid
Certificates: Valid, up to date including refreshers

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The role involves managing a large interior team of 9 onboard at a time, all of which are on a rotational schedule. The team also consists of a laundryman, 2 x spa therapists and 2 x nurses.
🔹 Performance based bonus scheme – additional months salary per year, capped at 4 years
🔹 Training offered and supported for immediate progression relevant to role – repaid 1 year post training
🔹 Business class flights after 2 years in position

🔹 Proven longevity on similar sized vessel operating commercially
REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 Work schedules, lists and rotas in keeping with MLC HoWR and ensuring all aspects of the vessel are maintained at all times.
🔹 Close working relationship with chefs.
🔹 Heavy shipyard involvement within interior and managing jobs with support of the Captain.
🔹 Shipyard job creation and planning from defect finding and implementing improvements.
🔹 Maintaining budget, accounting and cost codes accordingly for department
🔹 Inventories, uniform, toiletries and crew confectionary.
🔹 Managing and maintaining updates of owners and guests preferences
🔹 Pre charter meetings and planning involvement
🔹 Crew training in all aspects of service, HK, spa & laundry
🔹 Crew recruitment
🔹 Encouraging crew training of safety aspects onboard and having a thorough knowledge of the vessel and it’s safety protocols and equipment.
🔹 Involvement in frequent crew reviews and appraisals to maintain levels of expectations
🔹 The job is very hands-on and leans more in the direction of a Chief Stewardess with regards to being present and running the department, it is not a desk-only job as may be offered by other interior manager positions on larger vessels.
