If you enjoyed our Hamlet last year you’ll see many familiar faces and some new ones in an upcoming night of Shakespeare AND Love at The Castle Keep to help begin The Lateshows weekend. This offering by players from The People’s Theatre in Heaton will take the form of a 40 minute promenade performances of scenes from various plays which we’ll repeat during the night. It’s free but it is ticketed. When we did something similar last year the tickets sold within 12 minutes of being released so if you fancy it set your alarm!

On behalf of The Prince's Trust a big thank you to Catch a Pig for donating the money from programme sales to support the work we do in helping young people. Donations big and small help us to keep providing opportunities that allow young people to develop themselves and realise their potential.

If you enjoyed the performance and felt you got great value for money and would like to support The Prince's Trust further then please text TRUST to 70555 to donate £5.

Playing Hamlet has been an unforgettable learning experience for myself and I'm so grateful for the opportunity I've had. With continued support we can offer young people, often in very vulnerable situations, their own opportunities to learn, develop and grow.

The Prince's Trust are running a Get Started in Theatre course next month in collaboration with Live Theatre. If you know of any young people (16-25) who are not in employment, education or training then sign post them to The Prince's Trust website www.princes-trust.org.uk to check out this and other opportunities.

Keep your eyes open for news over the next few months of the opening of our new centre in Blandford Square. Another great opportunity to help us support more young people in the North East.

Thank you again for all your support.

Hamlet.

Wandering home after our second sold out performance and have just realised we have a full moon tonight. A little extra lunacy never hurts a production of Hamlet! Three more chances to see it but not many tickets left.
