Yesterday’s National Apprenticeship & Skills Awards ceremony was a truly inspiring day! 🐦

While we didn’t quite take home a trophy, we’re incredibly proud to have been named finalists in both the T Level Employer of the Year and T Level Student of the Year categories, alongside some nationally recognised organisations, including National Highways and Balfour Beatty.

Hearing everyone’s stories and seeing the passion and commitment to developing the next generation of talent was genuinely inspiring. Huge congratulations to the winners and all our fellow finalists — it was a privilege to be recognised alongside you!

We were also proud to represent NSCG and celebrate Dawn Helsby, Founder of The T Level Ambassador Network, who was recognised as a Skills Champion for our region. A very well-deserved achievement! 👏

The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield provided a fantastic setting for such a memorable occasion, and we heading home feeling proud, grateful and more motivated than ever to keep championing T Levels and the opportunities they create. ❤️

⏳ THE COUNTDOWN IS ON… 🐦✨

Just a couple of weeks to go until the National Apprenticeship & Skills Awards, where our very own leader Selina and amazing T level student Mia, will be walking the red carpet as finalists in the T level Employer & T Level Student of the Year categories!

There’s pride, excitement… and maybe a few nerves too! We can’t wait to see them represent Team Robin and NSCG and celebrate this incredible achievement on 8th October. 🌟

Keep your wings crossed and send them all your support! 🤞🍀

Happy Friday, folks! 🐾

It’s been our first proper week back at the Recruitment Robin office, and Hugo has been hard at work making sure the team are settling back in.

His approach to workplace wellbeing? Sit on Selina’s knee, provide instant companionship and completely ignore the concept of personal space. 😂

To be fair, who doesn’t feel a little better after some canine company and a cuddle? Hugo definitely knows how to lift the mood!

Whether you’re settling back into work, college or school after a nice summer break, we hope you’ve had a great first week back. 🌟

Have a lovely weekend! 🐾

HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY! 🐾🐾

Meet Hugo and Holly, the Recruitment Robin office dogs and our very own four-legged workplace duo! We’re also celebrating Holly’s 1st birthday today - double the reason to celebrate! 🎂🐶

With those serious expressions, they look more than ready to review the day’s agenda… although we suspect their main priorities are cuddles, attention and keeping the team smiling. 🐶

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s the little moments of joy, connection and companionship that make our workplace feel like a team.

Happy National Dog Day and happy 1st birthday, Holly, from Team Robin! ❤️

Who else has a furry colleague making the working day brighter?

📢 GOOD LUCK! 🍀

The Recruitment Robin team would like to wish 'Good Luck' to all students receiving their GCSE results today 🤞

Whatever the outcome, be proud of how far you’ve come. Your results don’t define your future — they’re just one step in your journey.

If things don’t go exactly as planned, speak to your school or college to explore other opportunities. Remember: this could be the start of an exciting new direction. Sometimes opportunities come from the most unexpected paths. ✨

You’ve got this. 💪🌈

🎉 We're beyond proud to announce that Recruitment Robin Ltd has been shortlisted as a finalist in the T Level Employer of the Year category at the National Apprenticeship & Skills Awards 2026 (West Midlands region)!

And the celebrations don't stop there — because our brilliant Legal T Level student from Newcastle College , Mia Howard , has also been shortlisted in the T Level of the Year category, on top of achieving a Distinction grade and securing her place at Aston University. 🎓

To see both our workplace and one of our own recognised at a national level is genuinely special. Mia has thrown herself into everything since day one, and watching her land a place at Aston while achieving that top grade is exactly why we champion T Levels, apprenticeships and youth talent so passionately.

Huge congratulations to Mia — and to everyone who helped make this recognition possible. We couldn't be prouder 🐦💙
