Quick one for parents, carers, educators, and young people (14-25).

If someone in your world is feeling a bit stuck about “what’s next”, we’re running 3 free, online, calm career discovery sessions next week.

This is not a lecture, not a test, and nobody has to speak.

Camera off and chat-only is completely fine. It’s strengths-first, practical, and designed to feel safe for anyone who gets overwhelmed by careers stuff.

You’ll leave with:
2-3 strengths you can name in real life
1-2 directions to explore
a simple next step for the next 7 days
