When we asked attendees what skills would be most valuable in offshore wind over the next five years, the answer wasn't just AI. While understanding emerging technologies is important, deep technical expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing market remain critical.

💛 Sometimes making a difference starts with simply showing up.

Members of our London office and surrounding areas swapped their desks for a day of volunteering at Little Village, helping prepare essential items for families facing financial hardship across the city.

From packing clothing and everyday essentials for young children to putting together special gifts for newborn babies, every package was prepared with care, knowing it would help make life a little easier for a family who needs it.

It was a powerful reminder that behind every donation is a child, a parent and a story. And that small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact.
