Transaction Services (FDD) Manager - London

NSTR has an exclusive mandate to recruit a Transaction Services (FDD) Manager focusing on FIG sector for a fast growth PE backed Advisory firm in London.

You will be an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager in FDD working on engagements for Financial institutions. Great opportunity to be a founding team member and be part of the growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and Vendor Assist reports

- Evaluate Quality of Earnings to identify extraordinary income and costs that impact underlying earnings

- Analyse and benchmark Net Working Capital (NWC) based on historical trends

- Identify debt-like items through an in-depth review of balance sheets and off-balance-sheet arrangements

- Critically assess target forecasts, highlighting key risks and opportunities

- Lead client meetings and act as the primary contact for due diligence engagements

- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of our Financial Services sector practice
