This relaxed morning event is designed to bring HR people together to share experiences, gain practical insights, and build meaningful connections with others who truly understand the challenges and rewards of working in HR.

We’re delighted to be joined once again by Ian McGlashan, who will be speaking on “Managing performance in the six-month era.” With managing performance now firmly a strategic priority, Ian will explore how HR can help managers address issues early, fairly and compassionately, while protecting both people and the organisation.

We’re also very pleased that Joanne Wells will be sharing her perspective in her session “HR supports the business, but who supports HR?” Drawing on her experience as both an HR professional and a qualified Counsellor, Joanne will offer thoughtful, practical approaches to supporting HR wellbeing and resilience.

Bayman Atkinson Smythe, in partnership with DTP 🤝, recently welcomed over 20 delegates from across the North West and Yorkshire 🌍 for an engaging and interactive discussion on key topics in housing finance 💷.

The session, “From Big Picture to Practical Planning – Finance Insights for Social Housing Leaders,” explored how organisations can make informed strategic decisions around treasury and financial business planning in a challenging economic climate 📈💡.

A huge thank you 🙏 to Andy Gladwin and Andy Chapman for expertly delivering the session and leading such engaging, thought-provoking discussions 🎤🧠. Their interactive approach really encouraged participation and shared learning among delegates 💬🤝.
