Clients, festivals and a whole lot of miles. That is Kieran's summer in a nutshell! 🎪

As our Operations Director, Kieran has been out on site all season meeting with clients, supporting our on-site teams and making sure everything is running smoothly across the board.

And with some huge events still on the horizon, the season is far from over. Up next for Kieran is Boomtown, Reading Festival, Electric Picnic, Leeds Festival and Edinburgh Summer Sessions!

Boardmasters 2026! 🌊🎪

There are not many festivals that can compete with a clifftop backdrop and a beach on the doorstep, and Boardmasters never disappoints. It was a brilliant weekend; well done to our on-site team!

And we are straight back into it because week 13 is here and it is a big one. Boomtown Festival is on the calendar this week, and both the office and on-site teams are prepped and ready to go!

In our 9th year of placing staff at festivals and events across the UK and Ireland, our bar staff have been keeping festival goers happy all season long. From the early morning setups to the last orders of the night, they show up, get behind the bar and deliver every single time.

From the office to the festival field, this is Imogen's summer so far!🎪

As our Staffing and Onsite Operations Coordinator, Imogen works behind the scenes in our Operations Team to get everything in place for our onsite team, and then heads out on site herself whenever she can. The best of both worlds!

This festival season, Imogen has been on the ground at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend, Lancashire Cricket Club, On the Waterfront, BST, Silverworks Island and Kendal Calling, with Boomtown and Creamfields still to come.

No two weeks look the same, and that is exactly how she likes it!

What a weekend at Slane Castle! 🎪🤠

We were proud to supply 800+ bar staff and managers across two incredible nights for Luke Combs at one of Ireland's most iconic venues. It was a big operation and one the whole team should be really proud of!

A huge thank you to our on-site staffing team, who were on the ground, making sure everything ran smoothly across both nights. Big shoutout to Zoe Halliday, Andrew Greig, Ella Underhill and Jane Merrigan.

🏆World records and another successful weekend…

Week 8 did not disappoint!

You may have seen that Pitbull broke the world record for bald caps this weekend at BST Hyde Park, and our team were right there in the middle of it.

Beyond that, it was another incredibly busy weekend with our teams working across Silverworks Island, BST, In The Park Newcastle, Marlay Park, Edfest & Iron Maiden at Knebworth, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Boogietown, Electric Heart and Football Fan Parks.

Eight weeks in, the team continues to deliver week after week. A huge thank you to everyone on-site and behind the scenes!

The mood in HQ is high today, and we think you can guess why! ⚽

But it is not just the England win putting smiles on faces this morning. We have just wrapped up another incredible weekend, and the feedback has been brilliant across the board.

This weekend our teams were on-site at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Alexandra Palace, Glasgow Summer Sessions, Bedford Summer Sessions, Barton Aerodrome, BST, Crystal Palace, Finsbury Park, Malahide Castle, Love Supreme, Marlay Park, Roundhay and Silverworks Island.
