Production Operative
£10.00 per hour

Our client is a well-established and successful company offering spare part exhaust systems for heavy duty vehicles, produced in-house, offered in the most comprehensive catalogue in the market and distributed through regional warehouses within 24 hours of ordering. They are a global company, serving both the aftermarket and OEMs with innovative exhaust and emission solutions.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in safe working practices within a busy shop floor environment, able to read and follow assemble instruction, hands on practical experience. Health and Safety awareness and also manual handling.
Duties included but are not limited to:-
• Ability to follow documented instructions to carry process and assembling large numbers of steel clamps.
• Tasks include - , Looping metal straps, forming metal straps, spot welding, crimping metal straps.
The hours of work are varied shifts :-
Monday to Friday as follows:
6.30am - 2.45pm
Monday to Thursday
2.45pm - 00.00pm midnight - finish at 6.30pm on a Friday
Therefore a flexible approach to the working hours is required.
