Brief Project Description:
Our client develops ICs for the hearing aid industry based on technologies such as Near Field Magnetic Induction (NFMI) and Bluetooth Smart (BLE). This project will prepare product derivatives and supporting development kits to enable customer applications in the hearables domain based on our client's ICs.

Project Goals:
(1) New product derivative: SW (ROM) upgrade the current Bluetooth Smart product to support the latest Bluetooth Smart standard.
(2) Development of Application Development Kits (ADKs) to support fast development & productizing of hearable products based on NFMI and BLE Smart chipsets.

ADK consists of SW dev kits for the ICs, User documentation, Application notes, example applications that showcase how to bring the system together (i.e. application code on ICs and mobile phone platform)

Scope of Work:
• Oversee project planning + ex*****on of two streams of activities: (1) IC derivative - SW ROM update incl. product certification and (2) ADK development. Both sets of activities are to be taken from specification to final acceptance stage. The project manager will be support on the technical aspects by a SW/system architect.
• Manage SW development activities for the ROM update of the product
• Manage the ROM preparation & validation process on the IC including the manufacturing of the IC (high-level)

My client is looking for very high calibre software engineer to work on the design and implementation of their network capture products. Responsibilities:
This role involves application software development in C and Python for a complex software architecture. You will be responsible for:
• Designing new modules and making changes to existing code
• Implementation in C and/or Python and unit and module level test

Requirements:

The Role
• Our client has a new requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work within this expanding business unit on a long-term contract. They need someone to lead cross-functional engineering teams (design, innovation, applications, operations), inspire and encourage the team members to high level of motivation and commitment, have open problem discussions, effectively resolve issues, recognize team conflicts, support, and coach team individuals, and maintain team focus whilst meeting targets together. You will also lead regular process reviews with the project team to improve their project approach.
