This week, we are delighted to recognise Gabrielle as our Classroom Recruiters Superstar of the Week!

Gabrielle has returned to Classroom Recruiters for a second year — a reflection of how much she enjoys being part of the team and the difference she makes in the schools she supports.

Constantly reacting to problems leaves no room for proactive teaching. We can't build emotional regulation or trust when we're always putting out fires. It's time to shift focus from firefighting to fire prevention for our young people.
