One million reasons to celebrate 🥂💜

MC Club (Millionaires Club) is one of LHi Group's most significant milestones, recognising consultants who have achieved exceptional results over a rolling 12-month period.

For Hannah Wyllie, M.S.Ed., Divisional Manager and Head of Pharmacovigilance & Safety Recruitment at , the achievement was about much more than a number.

Here's what it meant to her:

"This moment in my career transcends the workplace, as the success I’ve had at LHi has had a direct impact on my personal life and those around me, so here is me celebrating life, relationships, and love at my bridal shower this weekend after finding out.

The biggest impact though is on the lives’ of my candidates who allowed me to represent them – so thank you all for trusting me! I’d also like to thank my team, as SciPro has a high bar for quality, and there were many team members that helped me get here through partnering, teaching me different ways, or simply believing in me. Cheers to the next million!"

This week, we caught up with Anne-Marie Butts, our Chief People Officer, after she chaired a recruitment leaders’ lunch hosted by Greenback Group and sponsored by Odro.

The session brought together senior leaders from across recruitment and talent solutions to reflect on the first half of the year, share what they’re seeing in the market, and have honest conversations around the challenges and opportunities ahead.

As Anne-Marie shared:
