The annual beach clean-up and silent disco is always a favourite in our LA office, and this year was no exception🪩

Our team finished up in the office early and headed across the road with bags and gloves to collect plastic and litter from the sand. We’re lucky to have the beach on our doorstep, so it was good to spend some time helping keep it clean.

After the clean-up, everyone stayed for the silent disco and a dance as the sun went down.

Thank you to Allie Ricci-Fisher for organising it and to everyone who joined in. We think this tradition’s a keeper.

Our Bristol team recently spent the day at Bristol Zoo Project, helping with conservation work across the site🌿

They helped clear natural ponds and maintain pathways through the forested areas, supporting habitats for species including the Great Crested Newt ahead of winter and their breeding season in spring.

The day was part of Maddox Bristol’s partnership with Bristol Zoological Society, which the team is supporting throughout the year. It gave them the chance to see some of the Society’s conservation work first-hand and contribute directly to the work happening on site.

Dedicated to Space & Aerospace, EMERIS brings together more than 20 years of LHi experience, over a decade of work in the sector, and the networks and market knowledge already established across the Group.

Led by David Woodings from Los Angeles, the brand gives that experience a dedicated home and a clear platform to grow.

For LHi, it’s another opportunity to do what we know well: back specialist people, build in markets with real potential and create something designed to grow for the long term.

We’re incredibly excited to see where David and the team take it from here.
