📍 Area: TW4
🌙 Shift: Night Shift (21:30 – 06:00)
💷 Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour
📄 5 years reference required

🍰 Pastry Chef – Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen, confidently managing multiple sections
• Creative ability to design and produce innovative pastry items aligned with current trends and dietary needs
• Strong technical skills across chocolate work, custards, mousses, and pastry doughs
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional quality and exceeding expectations
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work within a diverse team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays (7-day operation)

👨‍🍳 Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in high-volume or production kitchen environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
• Able to perform well under pressure

⚠️ Vetting Requirement:
This role is subject to airport security clearance. Candidates must provide a complete 5-year employment/activity history. Applicants with multiple short-term roles (typically 4–5+ within 5 years) may require additional checks during clearance.
