It’s a sentence I often repeat.
Because after years of meeting professionals, I’ve realized that the biggest barrier isn’t the résumé,it’s the way we see ourselves.

I’ve met so many brilliant people who hesitate to apply for an opportunity because they fear they’re “not enough.”
Meanwhile, others,sometimes less qualified,move forward with confidence… and end up getting the job.

👉 The difference lies in posture.
Not the one you adopt in an interview, but the one you cultivate every day: the belief that you deserve to be there.
