Education/Experience:
🎓 B.Sc. in Construction Mgmt./Civil Eng. (preferred).
🛣️ 5+ years in construction supervision.
Skills:

💻 Proficient in project software & MS Office.
📐 Read blueprints & specs.
💪 Lead & motivate teams.
🗣️ Strong communication & problem-solving.
Physical:
🌦️ Work outdoors in all weather.
⏰ Flexible for extended hours/weekends.

About the Role 🌟
We’re on the lookout for passionate Project Managers to lead Roadworks & Heavy Civil Engineering projects! Manage EU-funded infrastructure works, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Shape Malta’s future with us!
Key Responsibilities ✅
🛠️ Plan, execute, and complete roadworks & civil projects.
💰 Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
🤝 Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
🦺 Ensure compliance with specs, quality, and safety standards.
📊 Prepare progress reports and join client/authority meetings.
⚠️ Proactively resolve issues and manage risks.
👷 Monitor subcontractors for contract compliance.
📋 Support tendering and project documentation.
Requirements 📚
Education:
🎓 B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, or
📖 M.Sc. in Construction Management, or
📈 M.Sc. in Project Management.
Experience:
🛣️ 2+ years in roadworks/heavy civil projects preferred.
Skills:
💪 Strong project management, leadership, and organization.
🧠 Deep knowledge of civil engineering practices.
🗣️ Excellent communication and problem-solving.
💻 Proficient in project tools & MS Office.
Other:
🌍 Preferably EU citizen (for EU projects).
