Thrive is expanding its talent team and seeking a full-time Talent Consultant to work on a diverse range of searches across the creative industries. Thrive is a specialist recruitment and executive search company for the entertainment and creative industries, set up in 2012.

This role would suit someone at Assistant Producer level with a background in TV casting.

This will be a fixed-term contract for up to a year, starting in November. You can be based anywhere in the UK, with monthly travel to London for meetings.

The ideal candidate:

✔ Has experience in conducting detailed research
✔ Is naturally curious and an excellent communicator
✔ Experienced in conducting casting calls or interviews
✔ Is highly organised and tenacious
✔ Proactive and solutions-oriented
✔ Experience in using Excel, and ideally Google Suite and Canva

Our client briefs are incredibly varied, providing you with unique insights into the inner workings of global content businesses. You’ll receive support and training from our experienced team throughout your journey.
