🔥 Flame & Smoke is coming to Borough Market.

This is right up my street.

On 10 September, Borough Market is opening after hours for an evening dedicated to live-fire cooking, smoke, exceptional produce and some seriously talented chefs and traders.

Expect exclusive dishes created for the night, live-fire demonstrations, masterclasses and a central fire pit, with names including Kolae, The Black Pig, Mei Mei, Oak & Smoke, Padre and Porteña.

I’ve always loved cooking over fire. There’s something about the simplicity of great produce + flame + smoke that, when done properly, is incredibly hard to beat.

And there probably isn’t a better setting for it than Borough Market.
