Can we talk about what “24/7” actually means? Because too many businesses in Arizona are using it as a slogan, not a standard. If I reach out and the response is “let’s schedule you for another day,” that’s not 24/7 service, that’s a scheduling system with good marketing.

Availability should mean I can actually get through when I need to. Anything less is just a label.
